4. Add 30g of white sugar, 20g of white vinegar, appropriate amount of tomato paste, and a suitable amount of water, and stir until well mixed.

5. Heat oil in a pan to 50% heat, put the meat slices one by one into the pan and fry over medium heat for 1 minute, then quickly increase the heat to 70% heat and fry the meat in the pan for 30 seconds.

6. Heat the prepared sauce over high heat, add a small amount of cornstarch slurry, and stir-fry until it boils, then pour into the braised pork with ginger slices and scallions.
