Ingredients:
200g chicken breast, 50g cured pork belly, 30g sesame
100g salted bread, 25g (Horse Chestnut),

Seasoning:
1 egg white, salt, soy sauce, oil,
flavoring agent, pepper salt, cornstarch
Instructions:
1 Wash the chicken breast, pound into a paste with the back of a knife, cut the cured pork belly into small diced, put together in a bowl with salt, egg white, soy sauce, cornstarch, and stir evenly. Peel and cook the (Horse Chestnut) in water, then mash and mix evenly.

2 Cut the salted bread into 3cm wide, 8cm long, 0.5cm thick slices, spread the (Horse Chestnut), pork belly diced, and chicken paste evenly on the bread slices, approximately 1.5cm thick, and evenly coat with a layer of sesame.
3 Heat the oil in a pot to 60% hot, then fry the sesame chicken at a golden yellow color, turn off the fire, immerse in oil for 3 minutes, then open the fire to fry until golden brown and cooked through, remove from the oil, cut into 1cm wide long strips, and serve with pepper salt on the table, with a bright yellow color, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and fragrant.

Tips:
1 The fire during frying should not be too large, and the oil should not be too hot, because the salted bread and sesame are easy to burn, you must master the heat.
2 Turn off the fire during frying to prevent the oil temperature from continuing to rise, so that the ingredients are immersed in frying until cooked, to prevent being raw.
3 The chicken should not be applied too thickly, and the sesame should be evenly attached.
