2Duck blood 1 piece, wash it clean and cut it into square pieces

5Add a small amount of water, the amount of water should cover the tofu and duck blood, pour in the tofu and duck blood, turn the heat to low

6Start seasoning, add Old Chinese Wine to increase the color, add Light Soy Sauce, then add a spoonful of Thirteen Spice, a spoonful of Pepper, a spoonful of Salt, a spoonful of Chicken Powder, and a spoonful of White Sugar
