Ingredients:North Tofu one box 100g fresh shrimp, 100g celery, 1 tablespoon (15g) shrimp paste, 3 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon (5ml) (liao jiu - soy sauce), water, 1 tablespoon (15ml) cornstarch

Instructions:

1) Fresh shrimp, remove the shell and shrimp line, wash clean. Celery, remove the leaves, wash clean, and cut into segments. Ginger, wash clean, cut into slices. Cut the tofu into small pieces of about 2cm, put it into a pan, and pan-fry both sides until golden yellow.

2) Add a little oil to the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add ginger slices to release the aroma, then pour in shrimp paste and stir-fry until scattered, then add celery segments and shrimp, and cook with (liao jiu - soy sauce) for a few times, add water, covering the ingredients in the pan by 1/3.

3) Add the pan-fried tofu, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, then drizzle in cornstarch to thicken.
