Honey Vinegar Pork Ribs
Ingredients: Pork loin, egg white, starch, salt 5g, white sugar 30g, fragrant vinegar 30ml, ginger, green onion, oil, cooking wine
Instructions:
1. Cut the pork loin into strips after washing and draining the water.
2. Marinate the pork strips with egg white, starch, and salt for 15 minutes.
3. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine cooking wine, fragrant vinegar, white sugar, and starch and mix well (vinegar and sugar ratio 1:1).
4. Heat oil in a pan, when the oil temperature is 50% hot, fry the pork strips until slightly yellow and remove. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, fry the pork strips again for about 1 minute, and remove to drain off excess oil.
