Materials: Yam, carrot, wood ear mushroom, ginger, garlic, olive oil, brewed soy sauce, old soy sauce,, white vinegar, salt a little, water starch a little, sugar, sesame oil
Procedure
1. Yam peeled and cut into small pieces, steamed, wood ear mushroom soaked, carrot cut into filaments. Grind ginger and garlic, take half and mix with brewed soy sauce, old soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, sugar,, water starch to mix into a seasoning juice. The quantity is self-weighed, less salt, and a little water starch can also be used.
2. Heat up the pot, put the remaining ginger and garlic paste, stir-fry until fragrant, then add wood ear mushroom, half of the carrot filaments, small fire stir-fry for two minutes.
3. Pour in the steamed yam cubes, small fire stir-fry for one minute.
4. Pour in the prepared seasoning juice. Stir-fry until uniform, cover with a lid and steam for 5 minutes until absorbed.

Crispy Waist Plank
Materials: Pig waist 300g, red seeds 20g, ginger slices, onion pieces, scallion, ginger, flower pepper oil, oil,, salt, flavor, brewed soy sauce, fragrance, scallion oil each appropriate
Procedure:
1. Cut the pig waist into slices, put it into boiling water with, ginger slices and scallion pieces, cook until cooked and drain.

Clear Steam Fish with Spicy Flavor
Materials: Fish with spicy flavor 1 piece, red chili peppers 2 pieces, scallion, ginger, cilantro appropriate, flower pepper oil appropriate
Procedure
