Home-Style Dish "Stir-Fried Clams", Suitable for Both Meals and Appetizers, Simple to Make
Prepare materials:Clams (500g), red peppers (2), salt, garlic, Sichuan chili sauce, scallions, ginger, cooking oil, light soy sauce, (liao jiu - rice wine), sugar
Operation steps:
Operation 1:Place clams in a bowl, add water, add one spoonful of salt (to make clams excrete sand)

Operation 2:Slice peppers into circles, slice ginger into threads, chop scallions and garlic into paste

Operation 3:In a pot, add oil, heat oil, stir-fry scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant

Step 4:After fragrant, add Sichuan chili sauce and stir-fry until red oil comes out

Step 5:Wash clams and drain excess water, then put them in the pot and stir-fry
