After blanching broccoli in boiling water with salt, add minced garlic to hot oil and stir-fry the blanched broccoli and bell peppers with salt and chicken broth until cooked
Sliced , lamb slices, heat oil until lamb is fragrant, add salt, Sichuan peppercorns, soy sauce, lamb, scallions, ginger, garlic, dried chili flakes, stir-fry until the is slightly charred before serving
Green Beans: Wash and cut green beans, add vinegar, chopped garlic, dried chili peppers. Heat oil until green beans are golden brown and slightly blistered, remove and drain. Add a little oil to the pan, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green beans and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt, a little old soy sauce, and stir-fry briefly. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir-fry one last time before serving.
