Rather than not eating meat, I occasionally make this dish for my child, ‘It’s both calcium-rich and nutritious’
Nowadays, people's living standards have improved, and they pay more attention to nutritional balance in daily life. Especially now, parents are trying to make nutritious dishes for their children.

Today we will teach you how to make a dish that is both calcium-rich and nutritious.
First, we need to prepare the following materials:
①20 pieces of dumpling wrappers
②2 carrots (peeled and sliced into strips, prepared in advance)
③2 small melons (peeled and sliced into strips, prepared in advance)
④4 eggs (whisked into a bowl, prepared in advance)
⑤Salt, chicken broth, thirteen spices, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, to taste

Steps:
First, pour the carrot strips and small melon strips into a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water and set aside.
Second, heat an appropriate amount of edible oil in a pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until cooked, and scramble. Then remove and set aside.
Third, pour the eggs into the carrot and small melon strips, then add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken broth, thirteen spices, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and mix well.
Fourth, take out the prepared dumpling wrappers one by one and brush them with oil. Then stack five pieces of five pieces and roll them out thinly. Then separate them into individual wrappers.

Fifth, place the rolled dumpling wrappers with the prepared filling, then wrap them into small dumplings using the dumpling wrapping method. Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes before serving.
Now a nutritious and delicious dish is ready. Children can make it themselves at home.
