Soybean Glazed Tofu
Homemade tofu is made by many hotels, but this dish uses special homemade sauce to cook, with unique flavor, delicate texture and endless aftertaste, it is also a popular bean dish recently sold out in hotels.
Ingredients: 500g cooked soy milk, 500g eggs, 50g scallion
Seasoning: 30g homemade sauce, 5g scallion segments, 20g salad oil.
Instructions:
1. Beat eggs and mix with soy milk, pour into tray and steam for 10 minutes until solidified, take out and cool.
2. Cut the steamed homemade tofu into 4x4x1cm blocks, fry in a flat pan until golden brown on both sides.
3. Heat homemade sauce in a pot and stir-fry until fragrant, add the fried homemade tofu and stir-fry evenly with a spatula, transfer to a preheated stone pot with scallion segments and onion threads at the bottom, sprinkle with scallion segments.
Homemade Sauce: Mix 50g scallion oil, 50g XO sauce, 30g shrimp paste, 30g fermented tofu (made into paste), 20g abalone juice, and 10g brandy.
