1. After removing the nails, place the chicken feet in water and soak for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture, then rinse and dry.

2. Bring water to a boil and cook the chicken feet for 8 minutes.

3. After 8 minutes, remove and drain the chicken feet, then soak them in ice water for 20 minutes, remove and drain, then place them in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to maintain the chicken feet's crispness and better deboning.

4. Add 4 lemon slices, chili rings, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, passion fruit pulp, 5 tablespoons vinegar, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon fragrant oil and mix well.
