Production: After pressing the kudangmian, place it in a steaming basket, put it in the steaming box and steam until cooked, take it out and cool it, combine it with chopped celery, red bell pepper strips and all seasonings, and serve.
Kudangmian: Use 500g yomian flour with 250g boiling water to soften, knead into a dough, and press into strips using a kudangmian machine.
