Home-Style Korean BBQ Feast (Pan-Fried Version)
A very simple Korean-style pan-fried pork belly dish that can be completed in one skillet at home, can be wrapped with lettuce, or served with rice, it looks beautiful
Pan-fried Korean Pork Belly
Ingredients
Pork belly, ginger, garlic, Korean chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice wine
Steps
1. Slice the pork belly, you can freeze it in advance, it will be easier to cut, and more uniform thickness
2. Add the sliced pork belly to ginger, garlic, Korean chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice wine, and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes
3. Prepare a non-stick skillet, I'm using Asahi All-Purpose Skillet, don't need to pour oil, just put the meat slices in, medium heat fry for 2-3 minutes, flip it over, then fry for another 2 minutes, you can turn off the heat and serve
4. Sprinkle sesame for decoration, it will look better when taking photos
5. Wrap with lettuce to eat or serve with rice
