Japanese Slimming Dishes: Bean Sprouts, Heart of Palm, and Egg
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Shoots 100g
- Hearts of Palm 150g
- Eggs 2
- Mayonnaise 1 spoon
- Olive Oil 2 small spoons
- Garnish
- Concentrated Sauce Portion
- Mayonnaise 12 spoons
- Seaweed a little
Instructions
1.Cut hearts of palm into strips
2.Place hearts of palm strips and shoots in a bowl, then cover with cling film and heat in a microwave at 600w for 5 minutes.
3.Beat 2 eggs and add some mayonnaise to make a smooth mixture.
4.Heat a pot over medium heat and stop when the eggs are partially cooked.
5.Place the heated hearts of palm and shoots in the middle and lift the sides to adjust the appearance.
6.Finally, place it on the bowl after processing is complete, add the garnish to finish. (Concentrated sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed)
