Fragrant cumin roasted pig's trotters
Main Ingredients:
Pig's trotters 700g
Accessories:
Appropriate amount of (jiàyóu) Appropriate amount of (jiàngyóu) Appropriate amount of (yán) Appropriate amount of (bīngtáng) Appropriate amount of (lǎo chōu) Appropriate amount of (guì pí) Appropriate amount of (bā jiǎo) Appropriate amount of (cōng) Ginger Appropriate amount of (zīrán) Appropriate amount of (hóngmí)
Instructions:
1. Pig's trotters boiled in cold water for a few minutes, then fished out and washed clean
2. Pig's trotters put in a pot, with onion ginger, (jiàyóu) to remove the smell
3. Add (bā jiǎo) and (guì pí)
4. Add (jiàngyóu) and (lǎo chōu)
5. Add (bīngtáng), then add enough water to boil after reducing the heat
6. When pig's trotters are tender, add salt and cook for 10 minutes
7. Take out and absorb moisture
8. Preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then put pig's trotters in to roast for 10 minutes
9. Brush with honey and the sauce made from the broth of the pig's trotters, then roast for another 5 minutes or so
10. Take out and sprinkle with cumin
