Ingredients: Chicken leg, potatoes, celery, carrots, green onion, salt, braising soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, sugar
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the chicken leg into diced pieces, celery wash and cut into diced pieces, potatoes and carrots wash and peel diced.
2. Put the chicken cubes into a container, add salt, white pepper and cooking wine to marinate.

Meat and Yellow Pepper Money
Ingredients: 50g dried yellow pepper money, 100g pork, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, a little old soy sauce, a little sugar, a little cooking wine

Instructions:
1. Pour dried yellow pepper money into a bowl, add water to soften.

Ingredients: 200g tofu, 120g lean meat, ginger, garlic, green onion, chili pepper, black pepper, salt, chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Put a spoonful of salt and appropriate amount of warm water into a large basin, put tofu in and soak for half an hour.
2. Cut pork into slices, add a little black pepper, powder, cooking wine and oil to marinate for ten minutes.
3. After soaking the tofu, squeeze out the water and cut it into about 4cm pieces.
4. Ginger slices, garlic slices, chili pepper segments, green onion segments.
5. Heat oil in a pot, add meat slices to stir-fry until eight mature, take it out and set aside.
6. Ginger slices, garlic slices, add a little oil to stir-fry fragrant. Add tofu and add a little water to stir-fry a few times.
Braised Eggplant with Pork and Green Pepper
Ingredients: Long eggplant; green chili pepper; tomatoes; green onion; garlic; ginger; vegetable oil; salt; starch; white sugar;
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the eggplant into long strips, sprinkle a little flour and mix evenly;

2. Wash and chop green onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper, cut tomatoes into small pieces, mix starch and water evenly; Heat oil in a pot to 80% heat, put eggplant and chili pepper, fry until eggplant and chili pepper become soft, take it out and drain the oil;
3. Leave residue oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic to stir-fry for fragrance, add tomato pieces, stir-fry to form a paste, add water, salt, white sugar to boil, add water starch to boil, add eggplant, chili pepper to stir-fry evenly.
