How to Make Cumin Chicken Wings

Main Ingredients:
Chicken wings 100g Chicken wing middle 150g Chicken wing tip 50g
Accessories:
Ginger 2g Onion 2g Cumin 2g
Instructions:
1. Cut several knives on the front and back of the chicken wings to facilitate absorption during marination.
2. Add spices to the chicken wings and stir evenly.
3. Slice ginger and put it in a bowl, stir evenly. Marinate for 1 hour. (You can marinate the night before and store it in the refrigerator.)
4. After marinating, put it into the pot (ginger slices removed), sear the front and back until golden brown.
