Recipe for Three Vegetables and Soup with Mushrooms
Wood Ear Mushroom and Green Beans

Ingredients
Green beans 200g, dried wood ear mushrooms as needed, onion as needed, garlic slices as needed, chili powder as needed, salt as needed, oyster sauce as needed, oil as needed.
Instructions
1. Wash and chop green beans, soak and expand wood ear mushrooms, slice onion, slice garlic.
2. Boil a pot of water, blanch green beans, add oil and salt to maintain green bean greenness.
3. Blanch wood ear mushrooms for two minutes, drain and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic and chili powder.
5. Add onion slices, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

Chinese Greens
Ingredients
Chinese greens 300g, garlic 1 head, oil 2 tablespoons, salt as needed, chicken powder as needed.
Instructions
1. Wash and pick Chinese greens, slice the stems well.
2. Cut the leaves well, and separate the stems (because the stems need to be put in first).
3. Peel a garlic, wash and chop it into minced garlic and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pot, heat the oil to 70% hot.
5. Add garlic and ginger to stir-fry for fragrance.
6. First pour in wood ear mushrooms and carrots, quickly stir-fry a few times.
7. Then pour in Chinese greens and continue stir-frying, finally add mountain yam slices.
8. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and chicken powder, quickly stir-fry evenly.

9. Plate and serve, enjoy it
Three Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
Dutch beans as needed, yam as needed, black wood ear mushrooms as needed, red radish as needed, garlic cloves as needed, ginger slices as needed, oil as needed, salt as needed, white sugar as needed, chicken powder as needed.
Instructions
1. Pick and wash Dutch beans, peel and slice yam into thin slices, soak black wood ear mushrooms, set aside.
2. Boil water, put Dutch beans, yam and black wood ear mushrooms separately, and rinse them with cold water and set aside.
3. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat until hot.
4. Add ginger and minced garlic to stir-fry for fragrance.
5. First pour in black wood ear mushrooms and carrots, quickly stir-fry a few times.
6. Then pour in Dutch beans, and finally add yam slices.
7. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and chicken powder, quickly stir-fry evenly.

Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
Flat Ear Mushroom as needed, Golden Needle Mushroom as needed, large green onion as needed, ginger slices as needed, small green onion as needed.
Instructions
1. Add a little oil to the pot, add ginger and green onion to stir-fry for fragrance.
2. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
3. Add flat ear mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add golden needle mushrooms and cook for about 1 minute.
