Scallion Stir-fry. Peel off the outer skin of the green onions and cut them into strips, then cut them diagonally into pieces. Mung Bean and Egg Stir-fry. Heat a wok with a little oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry for fragrance. I like to use minced garlic to fry down the fragrance when cooking. If you don't like eating minced garlic, you can discard it after the fragrance comes out. Peel the mung bean pods and then add them to the pan together with the minced garlic. This removes the bean flavor of the mung bean pods and makes the mung bean pods easier to cook through when stir-fried. Add a little oyster sauce to the fried mung bean pods. Let the mung bean pods absorb the oyster sauce fragrance. After the mung bean pods are fried with minced garlic, add beaten eggs to the pan. Pour in the eggs without pouring into the same place. Cook over medium heat, and don't move the pan too quickly to prevent the poured egg from burning. After the egg is almost solidified, move the pan gently to stir-fry until the eggs and mung bean pods are mixed into pieces. At this time, maintain medium heat and don't stir-fry too quickly. To make the ingredients more tender and fragrant, you can add a little bit of hot water. Before serving, add salt to enhance the flavor. In fact, if the flavor is light, you don't need to add salt, because the oyster sauce has almost reached a bit of flavor, so I still feel it's more fragrant.

Pork and Long Beans Stir-fry. Wash and cut the mung beans into small pieces, blanch them in water. Cut the pork into chunks, preferably using fatty pork to stir-fry. Heat a wok with a little oil and add the water spinach and stir-fry until softened. Add softened water spinach to a pot and add the appropriate amount of oyster sauce. Add hot water and put the tofu into it. After stewing the tofu and water spinach for half an hour, add salt and serve.

Golden Needle Mushrooms and Bacon Pork Roll. Wash the golden needle mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and drain. Cut the bacon into pieces, you can cut it from the middle or use it whole. I like to use it whole because my kids like to eat meat.
