4. On a cutting board, sprinkle a moderate amount of dry flour, place the fermented dough on the cutting board and knead it repeatedly to remove air, then roll it into a long strip, and then divide it into evenly sized dough pieces.

5. Take a dough piece and roll it into a thin slice, put a spoonful of red sugar filling in it, tighten with the fingertips and knead into a round, then press it flat.

6. After packing all the dough, place it on the cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment twice for 15 minutes.

7. Press the dough into a flat sheet and place it in a small saucepan, fry over low heat until golden brown.
