How to Make Garlic Pork
Shaanbiuo Rou is a famous dish, belonging to Lu cuisine, this dish comes from Jinan, it is a nutritious and healthy delicacy with simple methods and delicious flavor, rich in nutrients.

Required Ingredients
Ingredients: Pork belly 150g or so, garlic about 200g
Materials: Meat, starch, egg, a head of garlic, soy sauce, chicken essence, liquor, salt etc.

Production Method
Method 1
1. Cut the meat into slices about 5cm thick and 2cm wide, put it in a bowl, add a little salt, egg yolk, water and stir until evenly coated, garlic peeled and sliced, prepare for later use.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until it is 50% hot, add the marinated meat slices and stir-fry with a cast iron chopsticks, drain the oil, retain a little oil in the wok, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the prepared sauce (soup, salt, flavor enhancer, liquor, water starch) and stir-fry evenly to complete.

Method 2
Use starch, liquor, egg yolk and water to mix in a container, leave for a few minutes; a head of garlic, peel and slice; heat oil, put the meat in the pot, quickly disperse it, stir-fry; when the meat turns white, add a little oil, add garlic slices and stir-fry. Add soy sauce. Then add salt, chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, done.
