Pork Belly That Won't Change for Money: With Onions and Lettuce, It's Delicious
Hey everyone, did you guys rest today? How about treating yourselves to some meat and a little wine? What a beautiful day~
Ingredients:
1Lean pork as needed
2Onions one
3Lettuce as needed
4Salt, pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, soy sauce, oil as needed (since we have kids at home, we're just doing a simple marinade, friends can add any barbecue seasonings they like)
Let's start making it:
1Cut the pork into approximately 0.5cm thick slices evenly. (If you can't cut it well, freeze it for half an hour first and then cut.)
2Cut onion into diced and marinate the pork, it can effectively remove fishy smell and enhance flavor.
3Add pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, soy sauce, and edible oil to the sliced pork and mix well to marinate (the taste depends on this, you need to massage the meat for a while).
4Prepare some onion slices to roast with the meat when it's cooked, which can effectively eliminate the greasy feeling.
5Wash the lettuce and prepare it for use.
6Fry the pancake or skillet on both sides until it's browned and crispy on the outside. Don't forget to fry the onion slices too!
7Let's just say it, after finishing this glass, I'm going to fry a pot.
