After 30 Years of Eating Egg Foam, This Method is the First Time I've Tried It, It's Too Tender, I Couldn't Finish 7 Days Without It!

After eating boiled egg foam for 30 years, it's the first time I've tried this method, it's too tender, I couldn't finish 7 days without it!

Eggs are a source of high-quality protein and are also cheap, which is why everyone loves them. My son has been eating boiled eggs every day since he was a child. To save trouble, I’ve always used a microwave to steam eggs. High fire, and it’s done in 2 minutes. It’s definitely simple and saves time, but ever since I learned this boiled egg method, my microwave has been completely useless! The steamed boiled egg is so delicate and smooth, it’s even smoother than soft tofu! One bite, it feels like eating jelly, and my son is completely obsessed. He doesn’t even finish one, and this morning he steamed two for him, one salty and one sweet, and he said it was like eating dessert!

This boiled egg method is particularly simple, and the finished product won't bubble no matter how you make it, it won't get old no matter what. I highly recommend everyone to try it!

Everyone knows that boiled eggs should be delicate and smooth, and water is the most critical. I’ve tried using cold water and warm water, and I found that warm water makes the boiled eggs softer than cold water.

However, if I tell you, boiled water makes the boiled eggs 10 times more tender than cold water and warm water. Wouldn’t you be skeptical?

That’s right, when I first saw this recipe, my first thought was: Scam! How could it be! But the author’s finished product pictures and the pile of cooking pictures behind the recipe really tempted me. I’ve never seen boiled eggs so delicate and smooth, and then I realized, anyway, I’m staying home all the time, so why not try it? What’s the worst that could happen if I waste an egg?

The result is what you see here! Boiled water makes the boiled eggs super super tender. When you scoop it up, there aren’t even any small holes inside. This is the most perfect boiled egg I've ever made! My son eats it immediately and is completely obsessed, saying it’s even better than desserts in a dessert shop!

I’m going to record the method in detail and share it with everyone. I highly recommend everyone to try it. If you succeed, be sure to share pictures! If you don’t succeed, find me, I’ll accompany you to eat eggs!!

Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Slowly pour hot water into the beaten egg mixture, remembering to pour it in immediately (this is the key!). While slowly and gradually pouring hot water into the thoroughly beaten egg mixture, constantly stir with a chopstick at a faster speed.

Continue pouring all the hot sugar water into the rolling egg until it’s finished!

The amount of water is about the same as the amount of egg liquid, that is, the amount of boiling water is 1:1 with the egg. The left and right bowls are for comparison.

Make two batches, cover with plastic wrap, poke a few holes with a toothpick, and put the bowl into boiling water to steam for 10 minutes, then steam for another 3 minutes.

When steaming over a pot, immediately open the lid to let it breathe after about 5 minutes, then cover it and steam for 5 minutes.

Don’t doubt it, remember to use boiling water! Boiling water! When pouring boiling water into the beaten egg, remember to stir constantly while pouring, don’t worry about burning the egg liquid, many things, without trying, you can’t get the result just by imagining. This method is really really really tender, and it’s definitely worth trying!

Welcome everyone to share pictures! I’m waiting for your works!
