Ingredients: Eggs, Tea, Star Anise, Cassia Bark, Cardamom, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Salt
Instructions:
1. Brush the eggshells with a brush and clean them thoroughly.
2. In a pot, add water, put the eggs in, cover with water, bring to a boil, and continue to cook for 6-8 minutes.
3. Drain the cooked eggs with cold water and crush them, but don’t crush them too much.
4. In a pot, add water again, put the crushed eggs in, add star anise, cassia bark, tea, cardamom, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Soak the tea in 90-degree water for 10 minutes before adding it to the pot to remove the bitterness of the tea.
