Put in about 10g (I use a disposable yogurt spoon 2 spoons) yeast.

Pour in 50ml peanut oil, beat in two eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, according to personal taste.

Mix evenly and then put in 500g or so of flour, form the dough, but don't make it too hard.

Cover with plastic wrap, ferment for 2 hours or so, generally according to the ambient temperature to determine the fermentation time.

After the dough ferments, take a portion of the dough on a cutting board, flatten (on the cutting board, smear a little oil to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutting board).
