Oil sticks are a common Chinese breakfast, deeply loved by the general public. However, due to the harm caused by ditch oil and alum, people are hesitant to eat oil sticks. Don't worry, today we'll teach you a simple and nutritious healthy oil stick recipe for the family, allowing you to say goodbye to ditch oil and alum.

Raw materials
Flour 500g or so
Peanut oil (also can use vegetable oil) 50ml
Eggs two
ozcow milk powder 50-60g (about 10-12 scoops)
Salt as needed
Yeast 10g or so
Water 500ml

Production steps
140°C or so warm water 500ml (about two glass cups), put in about 10 scoops of whole milk powder, stir evenly in warm water.
2Put in about 10g (I use a disposable yogurt spoon 2 spoons) yeast.
3Pour in 50ml peanut oil, beat in two eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, according to personal taste.

4Mix evenly and then put in 500g or so of flour, form the dough, but don't make it too hard.
5Cover with plastic wrap, ferment for 2 hours or so, generally according to the ambient temperature to determine the fermentation time.
6After the dough ferments, take a portion of the dough on a cutting board, flatten (on the cutting board, smear a little oil to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutting board).

7Cut into small pieces, two pieces together, use chopsticks to press down in the middle.

8Pour oil into the pot to heat, I use peanut oil, press the dough into the oil to fry.

9Fry the oil sticks until they are yellow, you can take them out of the pot.

Crispy and delicious oil sticks, really different from those sold outside! I feel so relieved, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, really healthy, nutritious and delicious.
