By chance, I bought some pumpkins. Pumpkins are suitable for storage and have high nutritional value. However, many people may not be interested in cooking pumpkins directly, they don't like the taste. Today I'm going to make a cake with it, without an oven and without beating, it can be steamed, and the method is simple, just stir it.
Pumpkin Steamed Cake Flour 300g, Dates 3, Pumpkin 300g, Yeast 3g, White Sugar 20g, Water as needed

Method
1 Peel and de-seed the pumpkin and put it in the steamer to steam. After steaming, peel it off with a gentle touch, no need to peel it beforehand.

2 I think the pumpkin is already sweet, I didn't add sugar. If you like sweets, you can add some sugar. Whip the pumpkin into a puree and let it cool before using. You can use a fork, spoon, or food processor to mash it into puree. Make a relatively delicate mixture with a stirring stick.
3 Wash the dates, cut the date skins into long strips, and cut the date flesh into small pieces. I bought dates that are the same size as eggs, so I cut them open.

5 Add the pumpkin puree to the flour and yeast to form a dough. As the pumpkin contains a lot of water, add water to the dough, the dough will be slightly sticky on the hand, it's okay, this steamed cake needs a high water content to be delicious. Then add the chopped dates and stir evenly.

6 Take a 6-inch non-stick mold (if you don't have one, you can use a pot, a large bowl, or a glass food container, but grease the surface with oil to prevent sticking). Put the dough in the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment until twice its size.

7 After the dough ferments, evenly spread the cut dates on the dough. Create your own shape!

8 Put it in the steamer, after the steamer is ready, steam it for 25 minutes, take it out and invert it to cut it into pieces and eat it.

1 Dates have sweetness, if you don't like sweets, you can reduce the sugar.
2 Adjust the amount of water according to the water content of the pumpkin, if the dough is too little water, add more water, if the dough is too much water, add less water.
3 Don't over-ferment the dough, it's easy to collapse. Don't make the batter too thin.
