If the meat patties are large, steam them thoroughly to ensure they are fully cooked.

Green Pepper Steamed Eggs


3Green Pepper Steamed Eggs – This dish is rarely found in restaurants except in Liuyang, Hunan. Liuyang steamed dishes are famous, so they are relatively more common. It is a great dish to eat with alcohol, and it is my favorite. Chop the green peppers into small pieces and mix with eggs, steam for about 10 minutes, and do not steam for too long, or the chili peppers will be steamed to mush and become bitter. This dish is very important with respect to temperature.

Ingredients: 5-6 small green peppers, 2-3 eggs

Tofu and Meat Steamed Eggs


4Tofu and Meat Steamed Eggs – Chop lean meat into small pieces as a base, and place a slice of silken tofu in the middle of the bowl. Beat the eggs on both sides, and add appropriate seasonings, steam for about 10 minutes, and remove before serving with soy sauce and chopped green onions. If you like it spicy, you can add chopped chilies. This dish is very filling.

It’s a very fresh and high protein dish, nutritious.
