Simple Stir-Fried Home-Style Three-Color Shrimp
Everyday Three-Color Shrimp

Ingredients:
Shrimp 350g, Cucumber 30g, Carrot 30g, Oil 1 large spoon, Salt 1 small spoon, White wine 1 small spoon, Starch 2 spoons, Corn kernels 30g.
Instructions:
1. Clean and rinse the shrimp, add 1 small spoon of salt and 1 small spoon of white wine, marinate for 15 minutes. Add 2 spoons of starch to the marinated shrimp and mix well. Cut the cucumber, carrot and yellow into dicing.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the shrimp to pan-fry until it changes color, then remove and drain the oil.
3. Heat a little oil in a separate pan, add the carrot and yellow dicing and stir-fry until slightly tender. Add a little salt and then stir in corn kernels. Finally, add the pan-fried shrimp and stir-fry until well combined. Turn off the heat and serve.
