Garlic Chili Sauce - Even Better Than Barbecue: Homemade Chili Recipe for Beginners
Garlic Chili Sauce | Even better than barbecue, this homemade chili is delicious! Even a beginner can make delicious chili. Save it for when you have time!

Ingredients:
1 pound chili peppers, 5 garlic heads, several small pieces of ginger, edible oil, salt, white sugar, soy sauce
Instructions:
1, Remove the roots of the chili peppers, peel the garlic heads, and peel the ginger.
2, Wash the chili peppers, garlic, and ginger, then drain off the moisture. Remember to dry them thoroughly!

3, Chop the chili peppers, garlic, and ginger into small pieces (this is a physically demanding task, remember to wear gloves, I forgot to bring gloves once, my hands were burning for a whole day), and put them in separate containers.

4, Heat edible oil in a cold pan, add minced garlic and minced ginger, and stir-fry over low heat, until fragrant.
5, After about 3 minutes, add the prepared chili powder, stir-fry evenly for another 3 minutes over low heat.
6, Finally, add half a spoonful of sugar, 1 spoonful of salt, and 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce (my spoon is very large, it's a soup spoon), stir evenly, and cook for about 2 minutes.

7, After it's finished, put it in a bowl to cool before packing it into jars~
Tips:
1, The amount of seasonings depends on the amount of ingredients. I made two jars this time, and the ingredients and seasonings are a bit more.
2, If you can't tolerate spicy food, you can replace it with less spicy chili peppers. I used mini peppers, which are very spicy!
3, After washing, the mini peppers, garlic, and ginger must be dried, or use a cloth to absorb moisture.
4, When chopping chili peppers, be sure to wear gloves!
5, Fry minced garlic in a cold pan, otherwise it will quickly burn.

6, Cool before packing into jars~
