It is important to pay attention to the oil temperature when frying oil sticks: it must not be too high, otherwise the oil sticks will easily burn and collapse after cooling; oil temperature is too low, the oil sticks will not expand, affecting the taste. Here's a method to teach you: before frying, put a small piece of dough in to test, 3-5 seconds floating, the oil temperature is okay!■ Frying oil sticks.
