Peel the banana, cut out the flesh, beat two eggs, separate the egg yolks and whites, add the egg yolk and stir until smooth.


2. Place the banana, brush with egg yolk, then coat with starch.


3. After coating with starch, coat with egg liquid again, then coat with bread crumbs.

4. Heat oil in a pan until 50% hot, put the bananas in.

5. Fry over low heat, turn the bananas to ensure all sides are fried, and fry until golden yellow, then remove and drain off excess oil.
