1. Fried Egg: Heat a wok over high heat, add a little oil (just a little bit! A very thin layer is enough). Turn the heat to low and slowly pour in the eggs close to the fire. —When the egg white is almost set, pour a little water in the other parts of the pot, cover the lid! —Open the lid when you get the desired degree of doneness.2. Soft-Boiled Eggs

: Put eggs in a pot of boiling water, turn the heat to medium-low and cook for 7min—10min. (7min is my favorite soft-boiled egg, 10min is almost fully cooked) —After turning off the heat, put it in cold water for 10 minutes to make it easier to peel.Boiled Eggs: Put eggs in cold water, boil over high heat, turn the heat to low and cook for 10min—turn off the heat and steam for a while, then put it in cold water for a while to peel.

3. Marinated Soft-Boiled Eggs: I love the marinated eggs in ramen shops! So, I'll make more soft-boiled eggs. My broth is simple because I don't buy professional ingredients. I usually use a ratio of cold water: soy sauce = 2:1, plus a little sugar, and stir until dissolved, then put it in soft-boiled eggs!


4. Poached Eggs: Put eggs in a bowl for easy pouring. Find a deep pot. Bring water to a boil, turn the heat to low, maintain a gentle boil —(You can add a little white vinegar), use a spoon to make a whirlpool, pour in the eggs —then continue to draw circles around the eggs for about 4min to retrieve them!!
