Ingredients:
Leftover rice, eggs, sausage, green beans, scallions
Instructions:
1. Dice the sausage, chop the scallions into segments, and cook the green beans until tender and drain. Whisk the eggs and fry them in a pan until cooked.

2. Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the sausage until cooked. Add the green beans and fried eggs and leftover rice, stir-fry for a few minutes, add a small amount of salt and a spoonful of soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped scallions.
