200g grasshead
A little scallion
A little ginger
10ml of (liao jiu - rice wine)
A little vinegar
15ml of soy sauce
10g of sugar
A little white sugar
A little baijiu (white liquor)
10ml of old soy sauce
Cooking process of grasshead circles
1. Wash the pig intestines, first turn the intestines over to remove the oil on the intestinal wall, then turn over and add a little salt and vinegar to rub and wash clean.
2. Wash the grasshead clean and set aside.


3. In a pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, add the pig intestines and cook until the skin shrinks, then remove and wash again with salt and vinegar.
4. Slice ginger, chop scallions.


5. In a pot, add water and bring to a boil, add the pig intestines and ginger, bring to a rolling boil, then simmer over low heat until tender, and remove.

6. Heat up the pot, add an appropriate amount of edible oil, add the sliced pig intestines, add 10ml of (liao jiu - rice wine), 10ml of old soy sauce and 15ml of soy sauce, stir-fry to color.


7. Then add an appropriate amount of water, add a little salt and 10g of sugar to season, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Use high heat to thicken the sauce, add a little cornstarch slurry, and serve.

9. Heat up the pot again, add edible oil, add the grasshead, add a little baijiu (white liquor), add a little salt and sugar, and stir-fry quickly until out of the pot.

10. Finally, place the grasshead on the bottom of the plate and arrange the circles on top of the grasshead. Grasshead circles are complete!
