1. Wash the pig intestines, first turn the intestines over to remove the oil on the intestinal wall, then turn over and add a little salt and vinegar to rub and wash clean.

7. Then add an appropriate amount of water, add a little salt and 10g of sugar to season, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
