Green Zucchini Dumpling
Ingredients: Spinach 50g, Glutinous Rice Flour 100g, Warm Water 55g, Tapioca Starch 30g, Hot Water 40g, Pork Fat 10g, Five-Spiced Pork 80g, Dried Bamboo Shoots 50g, Shiitake Mushrooms 1, Cooking Wine 1 Spoon, Oyster Sauce 1 Spoon, Light Soy Sauce 1 Spoon, Salt 1g.
Instructions: 1. Chop the five-spiced pork, dried bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms into pieces. 2. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well. 3. Mix glutinous rice flour with 55g warm water and stir until smooth. 4. Mix tapioca starch with 40g hot water and stir until smooth. 5. Combine both flour mixtures, add 10g pork fat and knead until smooth. 6. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, flatten each piece, and fill with 1 spoon of filling, seal the edges, and complete one by one. 7. Steam for 15 minutes after cooking is finished, brush a thin layer of oil.
