4Place a pot, put the sour cabbage on it, put the noodles on top, put the tofu, add broth or water to cover the ingredients.

5Turn the pot to high heat, add a little cooking wine, pepper and mature oil, then cover the lid and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Before taking it out of the pot, add cilantro segments and adjust the seasoning.

Cold Cucumber with Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients: Noodles 300g, cucumbers 100g, oil, salt, seafood soy sauce, sesame paste, vinegar, peanuts, chili oil, mustard oil

Instructions:

1. Wash and cut the cucumbers, add a small spoon of salt, let it stand for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water, this can remove the bitterness of the cucumber

2. Prepare the ingredients, cut the chili peppers into short pieces, chop the garlic
