Today I'm sharing stinky tofu. Just use a piece of old tofu and simply season it. The taste will kill roadside stalls. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, super delicious.
Ingredients:
300g old tofu, 1 piece of stinky tofu.
Seasoning:
2 spoons of garlic chili sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of water.
Instructions:
Cut the old tofu into thick slices.
Dry the surface of the tofu slices.
Crush the stinky tofu into pieces.
Dip each tofu slice.
Seal in a food container and marinate overnight.
