Dry Fried Yellow Flower Fish Recipe:
Process the yellow flower fish

Add scallions, ginger, and seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes

Fry peppercorns to make them fragrant, crush them, or use a food processor to crush them
Add cornstarch to the crushed peppercorns and spread a thin layer over the fish

When the oil is 70% hot, fry the fish until golden brown

Remove the golden-brown fish

Re-fry once again, plate, crispy and delicious with a slight numbing chili flavor……simply amazing

Tips:
Adding peppercorns enhances the taste, and the aroma of peppercorns also removes the fishy smell
I personally prefer to eat it very dry and crisp, so I fry it for a longer time
