5Heat oil in a pot, sauté minced garlic and dried chili flakes, add the beef brisket and stir-fry;

6Add cooking wine, red braising sauce and white sugar, pour in a few spoonfuls of the broth cooked with the beef brisket, cover and simmer until the flavors are absorbed, stir-fry until the sauce is thick; add green bell peppers at the end.


Tube Fish with Soy Sauce

Instructions:

1Slice the green onion, green peppers and chili peppers diagonally into horseshoe shapes, slice the ginger into threads;

2In a pot, add cool water, bring to a boil, add a few pieces of ginger, add the tube fish and blanch for a moment, remove;
