Honey-glazed Ribs: So Delicious You'll Want to Stick Out Ten Fingers to Lick It – Enough to Eat Two Bowls of Rice; Appetizing and Filling

Ingredients: 500g ribs, 1 segment of scallion, 1 small piece of ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Cut the ribs into 125px long pieces, wash them and dry them thoroughly. Cut the scallion into 125px long segments, peel and slice the ginger into thin slices. Peel the garlic and gently crush it with a knife, but don't crush it, cracks on the garlic cloves are fine;
2. Heat a pot over high heat, pour in oil, when the oil is 50% hot, add scallion segments, ginger slices, and garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the ribs and stir-fry until browned (about 1 minute), pour in water to boil and skim off any foam;
3. Pour in light soy sauce, old soy sauce, sugar, char siu sauce and rose preserved juice, stir well, cover and pressure cook in a fast pressure cooker for 6 minutes over high heat after the steam is ready;
4. Turn off the fire, let it stand for a while, then release the pressure, wait until all the steam is released (no more steam), open the lid and pour in honey and salt, turn on the fire and cook over the largest flame until the sauce thickens, then remove and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for serving.
