How to Make Char Siu Ribs
Char Siu Ribs
Main Ingredient:
Pork Spare Ribs 500g
Accessories:
Salt to taste Oil 1 tablespoon Chili Powder 2 large spoons Green Pepper 4 pieces Cumin to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the ribs into segments
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Pour the ribs into the pan
4. Stir-fry until slightly browned
5. Cover the pan and simmer for a moment
6. Pour in the meat cut from the ribs and stir-fry together
7. Stir-fry until the meat turns color, add green peppers and salt
8. Stir-fry until the green peppers are softened, add scallion segments
9. Sprinkle cumin powder to finish
