Step 2: Take 200g of the pureed carrots that have cooled down, add sugar, milk powder and yeast, and stir until the yeast and sugar are dissolved, the yeast must be activated in advance to prevent it from not kneading evenly when kneading the dough, which will lead to the dough not rising

Step 3: First use chopsticks to make a dough ball, then knead it into a smooth dough with a moderate hardness, the amount of flour used for carrot puree is different, please adjust accordingly

Step 4: Cover it with plastic wrap to let it ferment until twice its sizeThe fermentation time and temperature are relatedHere, the temperature is 22°, it fermented well in 40 minutes
Step 5: Next, put the fermented dough on the kneading mat, deflate it, and knead it again until smooth, this step must be kneaded for a while to remove all the bubbles, otherwise the finished product will be grainy and the surface will be particularly smooth

Step 6: Today I didn't do any fancy tricks, just knead the dough into strips, cut into small segments, and press them flat with your hands, they will still expand during the next fermentation, this is the dough embryo for cutting carrot muffins

Step 7: Line the steamer with a piece of oiled paper to prevent sticking, if you don't have oiled paper, brush oil to prevent sticking, put the finished dough embryo into it and carry out the second fermentation

Step 8: After fermenting until twice its size, turn on the fire, start timing after the steam comes out, steam for 15 minutes, don't open the lid immediately after it's done,Cover it for two to three minutes to prevent shrinking
