Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients, 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 150g noodles.

2. Wash the tomatoes clean and blanch them in boiling water to remove the tomato skin, then cut them into small pieces.
3. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a little and a pinch of salt, and stir until smooth.

4. Pour a little oil into a pan and pour the scrambled eggs into the pan. Scramble them quickly and stir-fry until cooked, then remove.
