Guo Bao Rou

Guo Bao Rou Recipe:
Slice the ribs, sprinkle a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for a while
Soak potato starch in water for a while
Drain the excess water from the potato starch and then pour it into the ribs, mixing thoroughly
Heat oil in a pan, heat to a low temperature, start frying the ribs
Continuously flip and fry until evenly golden
Remove the fried ribs when they are golden brown
After frying completely, prepare for the second frying
After the second frying is done, remove from the pan
