Easy Breakfast Ready in 5 Minutes: Vegetable Sticks

Ingredients needed:
Chinese cabbage
Onion
Eggs
Flour
Steps:
1Wash the onion, chop it into diced pieces and mince it. Add shredded carrots to the bowl


2Crack 3 eggs into the bowl and whisk them, then pour into the vegetable shred mixture, add oyster sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, black pepper and an appropriate amount of salt, and slowly add flour while stirring to form a viscous vegetable paste

3Put the vegetable paste into a piping bag, then cut a small hole in the piping bag and squeeze it into the pan to fry until golden brown. 5 minutes to make a big pot
