Everyone knows Wine-Loving Corn and Peanuts, but Few Know This Delicious Snack, It’s Quite Good

For those who enjoy drinking, there is usually one or two dishes they particularly love. 'Wine-loving corn' is a favorite of many, but few people know about another dish called 'Wine-loving corn'. It's fragrant and crispy, and doesn't lose out to wine-loving peanuts at all. Scoop a spoonful into your mouth, and it's delicious. Besides being eaten with other dishes, 'Wine-loving corn' can also be eaten as a snack. Especially now that people are staying home, watching dramas while munching on 'Wine-loving corn', accompanied by a drink, is a truly delightful experience!

Recently, I've been staying home. For adults, it's also a good time to browse phones and TVs to pass the time. But for children, too much time at home can be stifling. However, in this special period, we can't go out to run errands, and my son mostly runs out of toys at home, so he starts to look for snacks to eat, with his little mouth constantly moving. My grandfather often teases him: 'You're like a little rabbit, with your mouth always searching for something to chew!'
Today's 'Wine-loving corn' is specifically made for my son. Every day when I cook, I usually cook a fresh corn for him. Recently, it's difficult to buy fresh vegetables, and there aren't many fresh corn available. The corn I used today was bought when I went out to buy vegetables a few days ago. It's not as sweet, but it's still quite delicious when made into 'Wine-loving corn'. Below, I'll share the detailed recipe for 'Wine-loving corn'.
Ingredients needed: fresh corn one, one egg, a small amount of starch, appropriate amount of oil, salt

Production method
Step 1 Prepare a fresh corn, wash it and peel the corn kernels. You can also use a knife to peel them. I personally think it's better to peel them by hand, as it prevents the corn kernels from becoming mushy. If you don't want to go through so much trouble, you can buy pre-peeled corn kernels directly.

Step 2 After peeling the corn kernels, prepare an egg and beat it into an egg liquid.

Step 3 Add the egg liquid to the corn kernels and mix well.
Step 4 After coating the corn kernels with egg liquid, add an appropriate amount of starch and mix well.

Step 5 Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan to 70% heat, and then add the corn kernels to the pan to fry.

Step 6 Fry the corn kernels until they float and turn golden, then take them out of the pan, filter the oil, and plate them. Then sprinkle some salt on top for enjoyment.

Delicious 'Wine-loving corn' is ready. If you like it, you can learn to make it at home.
