Don't Just Stir-Fry Carrots – Learn How to Make Them More Nutritious, Simple and Delicious
Hello everyone! I'm Delicious Little Cottage Liu. I'll share different home-cooked recipes every day, all using the most common ingredients and seasonings that are usually found at home. The recipes are simple and perfect for making at home.
Have you been eating properly lately? Do you have vegetables at home? I have some carrots I bought a while ago, and today I'm going to make a dish with them. This dish has a very fancy name in a hotel, called 'A Deep Affection'. The recipe is simple, nutritious, and delicious. Let me introduce the specific steps.

1First, prepare 2 clean carrots, then slice them into fine strands with a vegetable scraper.

When making this carrot dish, I usually add salt to squeeze out the moisture from the carrots. However, the method I'm sharing today doesn't require squeezing out the moisture, which makes it more nutritious and delicious. Finally, mix it to this extent.

2After boiling water in the pot, pour the carrot strands coated with flour into a steaming basket and steam for 6 minutes with a lid.

After the carrots are cooked, don't stir with chopsticks immediately, let the carrot strands cool naturally first.

3Now let's make the sauce. Cut some green and red chili peppers, cut some scallion for garnish in a bowl. Add minced garlic to the bowl, add a spoonful of five-spice powder, add salt. Drizzle hot chili oil and chicken powder into it and stir well.

After the carrot strands have cooled, pour them into a bowl and then mix the carrot strands. Then pour in the prepared chili oil and garlic pepper sauce, and stir evenly to eat.

Okay, we've finished this delicious dish made with carrots! This dish has a particularly high rate of being served in hotels. The recipe is simple, the taste is nutritious and delicious.
