Instructions:

Roll the dough into a crust that is slightly larger than the pizza pan and lay it in the pizza pan. Use a fork to poke small holes to prevent the crust from rising during baking and also to enhance the flavor.

4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce on the crust.
