Tofu and Fish

Ingredients: 2 pieces of tofu, a small bowl of fried fish slices, 1 piece of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 dried chilies, 2 green onions

Main ingredients: Vegetable oil, edible salt, light soy sauce, old soy sauce, cooking wine, a little vinegar, sugar, chicken powder 2 grams

Production process:

1, 2 pieces of tofu, rinse clean, drain the excess water, this tofu is made by myself at home, so its appearance is not very beautiful, but the taste is not bad.



2, a small bowl of fried fish, you can choose a few slices to eat, put them in the pot to stir-fry, then cook.



3, put vegetable oil in the pot, heat up, put ginger slices in, then add edible salt, put the tofu cut into blocks into the pot and slowly fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then take it out.



4, leave the bottom oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry, then add fish slices and dried chilies, add a little cooking wine, stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce and old soy sauce to adjust the color.

5, pour in the fried tofu, add the right amount of water, add it all at once, then cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes, then you can start seasoning.




6, add 2 spoonfuls of vinegar, add a little sugar, finally add 2 grams of chicken powder, simmer until fragrant, and drizzle with chopped green onions. A simple version of tofu and fish is finished.




Eating tips:

1, Tofu should be fried until both sides are golden brown, when frying tofu, use vegetable oil first, which can remove its bean flavor, and the taste will be more fragrant.
