On November 21st at 11:50 AM, the Harbin Power Supply Company's Shangzhi Electromechanical Company's Yangbi Power Supply Station received a phone call, reporting a power failure within the Panda Hall at the Yangbi Ski Resort Tourism Development Area. They urgently needed professional personnel to help resolve the issue.
It was discovered that the Panda Hall housed two national treasure giant pandas, along with many other precious animals. Due to the cold winter weather in Yangbi, a power outage caused a sudden drop in room temperature, which would impact the animals, particularly the national treasure pandas who prefer stable temperatures. Repair personnel, after taking precautions, quickly rushed to the scene.

These days, continuous snowfall, combined with a shortage of personnel, made the roads rugged and difficult to travel. At 12:30 PM, the repair team arrived at the scene. After inspecting the site, it was determined that the underground cable pit's intermediate cable head had malfunctioned, necessitating replacement. The repair personnel immediately began making the cable head. Due to the confined space within the cable pit, only personnel could barely stand, and the repair personnel overcame numerous inconveniences, completing the repair task at 4:20 PM and successfully restored power.
